I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for being part of this community that has been growing since we started this journey back in November 2022.

When we began, the idea was quite simple: to help each other, developers like you and me, to improve in the professional realm.

And during this time, we have achieved some amazing things together:

- 🎮 We launched 4 editions of Engineer Game, and more than 30 of you have seen how your professional lives took an impressive turn, doubling salaries and improving working conditions.

- 📚 We created an e-learning platform with over 200 videos and notes from the Engineer Game program, offering incredible learning opportunities.

- ✍️ I published 130 posts that reached over 230,000 people, and your interactions and comments always bring a smile to my face.

- 🗣️ Additionally, I had the honor of being part of technology conferences and events with Brainstation, Refresh Miami, University of Miami, Miami Tech Week, and others, all thanks to you!

But don’t think it was an easy path, huh? This has required a ton of effort, a lot of perseverance, and above all, the support of all of you, my growing team. Thank you for being that key part of this shared success.

We have shown that with perseverance and teamwork, amazing things can be achieved. I am excited about what the future holds for us on this journey. Here, among friends, we will continue to share knowledge and grow together.
