This is what truly fulfills me, much more than my own work, the ability to help other software developers.

When I read comments from my students and see that my guidance has been helpful to them.

It all makes sense, the mutual effort we dedicate.

In this case, Diego Nino shares in the student group one of the victories in which I present to you in his own words, and he has given me permission to share it with you.

"[09:03, 1/30/2024] Diego Fernando Niño:
Only in January after graduating from the last cohort, I have entered 4 processes: 2 senior, 1 principal, 1 staff.

Points I can emphasize based on my experience:

Clearly defining my bio and the technologies I handle both in my banner and in my description has helped me a lot for the offers I receive to better match my skills and experience.

I also receive higher quality and more 'serious' offers.

Posting content has been vital for starting networking.

I have established more important connections and started to engage in conversations with people from other companies more fluidly, something that never happened to me before.

Posting content is vital, but also commenting and contributing first on the content of other relevant creators 👌🏽

[09:06, 1/30/2024] Diego Niño: Another thing I learned, posting content is not as daunting as it seemed to me at first; in fact, once I started, I noticed two things.

Rarely or almost never will someone say something negative; they will mostly try to contribute for their own visibility; in general, interactions are very positive.

The other thing that can happen is that the post goes unnoticed, and that really is not a 'big deal.'

I think I have overcome my aversion to posting content thanks to this."

So, if on February 10 you would like to benefit from many of my tips, I will be giving a free class.

Message me or comment CLASS in the comments if you would like to attend.

It is filling up quickly, so I recommend confirming as soon as possible; the maximum will be 100 people.
